Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are generally considered final. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund guidelines. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Event Cancellations by Masti Productions

If we cancel an event, you are entitled to a full refund:

  • Refunds will be processed automatically within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via PayFast
  • You will be notified via email of the cancellation and refund
  • We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred

3. Event Date Changes

If we reschedule an event to a different date:

  • Your ticket will remain valid for the new date
  • If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement
  • Refund requests for date changes must be submitted via email

4. Customer-Initiated Refund Requests

For refund requests not related to event cancellation or date changes:

  • Requests made more than 14 days before the event: eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee
  • Requests made 7-14 days before the event: eligible for a 50% refund
  • Requests made less than 7 days before the event: no refund available
  • No refunds will be issued after the event has taken place

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number or payment reference
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued via PayFast to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
